Found a good site with a discussion of various whiskey types, and brands thereof. Not only does it have a nice discussion of the various types of whiskey (Irish, Scotch, corn, rye), along with some well-worded brand reviews, most brands have a piece of suggested reading linked on the site. For example, the review of Heaven Hill whiskey suggests reading The Clod and the Pebble, by William Blake. An excellent idea, I must say!
