Just finished taking my practicals tonight (passed ‘em all first try, woot!). Only thing left between me and my national registry certification is the written exam on Thursday, and I’m pretty sure I’ve got it knocked. Here’s a list of some useful study resources I’ve run across:
EMS Solutions has a free testing tips report available for download.
EMS Software has some testing prep software. I didn’t try it, but it looks decent.
The EMS Download Center has some free flashcards and a patient assessment visual skill sheet.
The NREMT Test Preparation Center has a lot of useful stuff, including downloads of the NREMT Skill Sheets.
There are some short free videos over at embt.com.
I also ran across a huge list of EMT-B reference links.
Prentice-Hall has a full chapter-by-chapter review guide, complete with true/false exams and multiple-choice exams for practice.
